Engineering review
Build the recommendation from evidence that can be checked.
Lancing’s role is to turn the product, packs, output and site inputs into a clear machinery scope. The review should show the source of each important decision and identify information that still belongs with the customer, facility designer or competent hazardous-area assessor.
Review the real application
Use the current SDS, intended formulations, real containers and closures, fill range, output, cleaning method and available hazardous-area information.
Review the layout
Map product supply, filler, capping, labelling, conveyors, operators, extraction and the declared classified-area boundaries before interfaces are frozen.
Record the evidence
Where authorised and available, retain trial observations, settings, FAT results, drawings, specifications and open actions so that later changes can be assessed against the approved basis.
